Today’s projects are 3 Simple Layout Cards using Thoughtful Wishes Bundle from the Thoughtful Journey Suite Collection.  These 3 Simple Layout Cards really focus on the Thoughtful Journey 6×6 Pattern Paper which I feel is the star of the show.

Project 1 Sizes and Dimensions :
  • Standard Card Base in Fresh Freesia 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″
  • 3 Pieces of Night of Navy for Sample 1 and Mossy Meadow for Sample 2 (2) 3 1/2″ x 4″ (1) 1 1/2″ x 4″
  • Basic White Panel for Inside 3 1/4″ x 3 3/4″
  • Thoughtful Journey Pattern Paper (1) 1 1/4″ x 3 3/4″ and (1) 3 1/4″ x 3 3/4″
  • Cutting your Card Base for the Split Portion : Make sure your card base is scored at 4 1/4″, rotate to 5 1/2″ side, line up at 1 3/4″ and cut from bottom up to score line.

Project 2 Sizes and Dimensions :
  • Top Folding Card Base in Thick Basic White 4 1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5 1/2″
  • Pretty Peacock Panel 4″ x 5 1/4″ Embossed with the Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder
  • Thoughtful Journey Pattern Paper Cut down to 5″ and cut at 3″ leaving you 2 panels of 3″ x 5″
  • 3rd from the smallest Deckled Circle cut in half for sentiment
  • Flowers cut out in Lost Lagoon and Basic White.  TIP: You will want to use the Self Adhesive Sheet for these. 
  • Finish off with Blooming Pearls

 

 

 

Project 3 Sizes and Dimensions :
  • Top Folding Card Base in Lost Lagoon 4 1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5 1/2″
  • Basic White Panels for inside 4″ x 5 1/4″
  • Thoughtful Journey Pattern Paper 4″ x 5 1/4″
  • 4th from the Smallest Deckled Rectangle in Pretty Peacock
  • 3rd from the smallest Deckled Rectangle in Basic White
  • Blend Colors used: Dark Balmy Blue, Light Calypso Coral, Light Lost Lagoon, Light Wild Wheat
  • I just colored strips on the Basic White Rectangle, and the bottom of the Basic White Panel for the inside.
