Welcome Back to this week’s Fun Fold Friday. Today we are creating an Angled Gate Fold with the Beautiful Balloons Bundle from the 2023-2024 Annual Catalog.
At first, this Fold intimidated me. But I hope with the help of my Tutorial you will give this Fold a shot.

I have created a template to help you visualize what your card base should look like
Project Sizes and Dimensions:
- Card Base in Fresh Freesia 5 1/2″ x 11″ – Scored at 3 3/8″ and 7 5/8″ or you can score at 3 3/8″ on both sides
- Basic White Panel for Inside 4″ x 5 1/4″
- 2 Coordinating DSP Pieces 3 1/8″ x 5 1/4″ (See Cutting Tip Below)
- Belly Band Strip in Fresh Freesia 1″ x 9 1/2″
TIP WHEN CUTTING YOUR DSP:
The trick with this is whatever piece you are going to use for the left side of your card will be the back piece. You are going to cut these pieces at the same time. You are going to want to flip the 2nd piece over before you cut it. This was it cuts the opposite way. Be sure and watch the video above as I walk you through this.
The Balloon is from the Memories and More Card Pieces from the Annual Catalog. I took the largest Ballon Die Cut and cut out the Ballon for the Belly Band.
