Simple Layout using Decorative Trees

This week on Teach it Tuesday with Tammy and Jennie, I am doing a Simple Layout using Decorative Trees Bundle from the September to December Mini Catalog.  Now I know it is Halloween week, but Jennie and I are in the middle of Craft Fair Season.  We wanted to bring to you 2 different style Christmas designs using the Decorative Trees Bundle.  I am bringing you Traditional Christmas colors, and Jennie is focusing on the Non-Traditional Christmas Colors.

I created my card using the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder, Take a Bow 6×6 Designer Paper Pack, and Peaceful Seasons Dies, for the sentiment.

PROJECT VIDEO:  If you are receiving this in email, please catch the Video HERE

Project Dimensions:
  • Top Folding Card Base in Thick Basic White 4 1/4″ x 11″ scored at 5 1/2″
  • Forever Plaid Red Red Panel 4″ x 5 1/4″
  • 2 1/2″ Circle from Deckled Circles Dies.
  • Label for sentiment is from the Peaceful Seasons Dies

TIP: I highly recommend using self-adhesive sheets, when die cutting the gold inside portion of the tree.  In fact, when die cutting most of the trees in this die set, you will want to use self-adhesive sheets.
