Ice Cream Bundle – Mickey and Minnie Style

Today’s project features one of my favorite bundles out of the 2021 January – June Mini Catalog. The Ice Cream Bundle is so fun to play with.

Being from California,  I am really missing one of my Happy Places, so I wanted to create a yummy treat.

I loved this card so much, I thought it would be fun to feature in my very first YouTube video. I would love for you to stop by my new YouTube Channel and leave me a comment on what you thought of my first video.  If you were inspired by what you saw, I would love for you to subscribe, and be sure you click on that notification bell so you can be notified when I post a project.

To create this project, I used the Ice Cream Builder Punch, the Dog Builder Punch (for the Minnie Bow), and the largest and second-largest circles from Stitched Shapes. I also really love how the 2020-2022 In-Color Designer Series Paper Coordinates well with the theme of this project.  It really ties together just the look I am going for.  The font on the Happy Birthday Sentiment with this set also goes well with the theme.  Using some of the leftover Designer paper is a perfect way to finish the inside of your card.  I don’t know about you, but I have to either stamp the inside of the card or put coordinating paper to finish it off.

Strong and Beautiful – February 2021 Luv 2 Stamp Blog Hop

Welcome to the Luv 2 Stamp Group’s 2021 Blog Hop! We are excited to share projects with you this year, we hope to inspire you to create beautiful new projects. Each month we will have a different theme based on the next month’s celebrations using Stampin’ Up! products.

The Theme this month is Celebrating Women.  I decided I wanted to combine two of my favorite Stamp Sets.  Art Gallery because I love the floral images, and Strong and Beautiful because it has the most amazing sentiments. Paired with the Fine Art Designer Paper just makes this such a super simple but yet elegant card.

                      Project Measurements:
  • Pretty Peacock Base 4 1/4″ x 11″ scored and folded in half at 5 1/2″
  • Fine Art Designer Paper cut at 4″ x 5 1/4″
  • Pretty Peacock Layer 1 3/4″ x 4″
  • Basic White Layer for sentiment 1 1/2″ x 4″

Of course, I could not stop there.  I could not choose what color I liked the best. I absolutely love our In-Colors.   Sadly, Rococo Rose and Pretty Peacock will be retiring May 3, 2021.  Please leave me a comment on what is your favorite.  I am absolutely obsessed with this paper.  It makes the perfect simple card.  No Frills, but still really pretty.  I would love to know which one you like the best.

Stampin’ UP! Freezin’ Fun with Friends Style

When I received the Stampin’ Up! August – December 2020  Mini Catalog the Freezin’ Fun Bundle immediately caught my eye!!! I knew I HAD to design a class with this set.  I mean who would not love to get a little winter love in the mail, right?  This past weekend I held my Freezin’ Fun online Zoom Class to make these 4 adorable cards.

This Bundle has the cutest little Characters to bring a smile to anyone’s face.  What I love about this bundle are the matching dies that make it super quick and simple to add dimension to any of your projects.

The first card we made was with the snowboarding penguin.  What I loved about creating him was popping the die-cut up with Stampin’ Dimensionals and giving him a little dimension as well. I used the largest and second-largest circles from the Stitched Shapes Die Set to adhere him to.

For this next card, we made a fun Z-Fold to make the fun hillside stand out a little more. To see how the hillside was made, along with how to make the scalloped frame click the FREE TUTORIAL  Below

For our Third Project, I thought it would be fun to bring in a different layout.  For the frame around the sentiment, we used the middle piece from the last project.  How fun is that?

In the crafting world, there is no waste.  We will find a way to utilize all scraps.

For our last and final project, I had never created an Easel Card before.  I thought it would fun to do this.  Also, I am OBSESSED with this Metalic Mesh Ribbon and Balmy Blue Glimmer Paper.

Have A Hoot Fun Fold Style

Who else loves a great FUN FOLD as much as I do?  Sometimes a great fun fold can really take your project to the next level.  This past weekend I partnered up with my friend Tricia for a super fun crafting Bingo event.  Together we showcased projects using the Have a Hoot Bundle from the August-December Stampin’ Up! Mini Catalog.

Card 1 Accordion Boo Card

Card 2 Crossover Christmas Card

Card 3  Any Occasion Gift Card Holder

So let’s talk a little bit about the Have A Hoot Bundle. The bundle includes a stamp set and a die set. The stamp set features 11 different images. Five of the images have a Christmas theme, the other 5 have a Halloween them and one of the images is a greeting that can be used for either. However, I love the versatility of the stamp set as it can also be used for an Anniversary card or Friendship or even Birthday!!!  The Tags die can punches out 3 separate tags and is perfect for ANY Occasion.

I had so much fun with this set!!  Be sure to come back tomorrow and see additional projects that can be made with this set!!!    As always thank you so much for stopping by today, and remember If you do not already have a Stampin’ Up Demonstrator in the US, I would love the opportunity to earn your business.

Until next time, HAPPY STAMPING!!!
