This week on Teach it Tuesday with Tammy and Jennie I am playing with the Beautiful Blues Kit, plus an alternate project. Both Jennie and I feel in Love with the Beautiful Blues KIt so much we thought not only would it be fun to create the kit as is, but create an alternate project to go along with it.

Alternate Kit that included Floral Impressions DSP that I cut down to a 4″ x 5 1/4″ panel. Leaves that were cut from the Impressions Abloom Bundle in Old Olive, and added some Linen Thread to finish it off.
I mentioned in my live, that my dear friend Anne Kurland made me a beautiful butterfly card that was inspired by this kit. Here is her beautiful card that she made me.

This week on Teach it Tuesday with Tammy and Jennie, we are playing with the Impressions Abloom Bundle. The Impressions Abloom Bundle is part of the Floral Impressions Suite from the Online Exclusive section in my online store
I ink blended the background in Balmy Blue and Granny Apple Green to make the basket look like it is outside. Be sure to watch the video below to see how I created my basket for my flowers.

This week on Teach it Tuesday with Tammy and Jennie I am using the Galley Blooms Bundle. Gallery Blooms Bundle is in the brand new 2025-2026 Annual Catalog. This week we are kicking things off using brand new goodies from the catalog. I also paired this with the Damask Designs Embossing Folder and the sentiment is from the Right Words Stamp Set. I am definitely in my Floral Era, thanks to my dear friend Patty, who keeps showing amazing samples with flowers. I am absolutely loving Secret Sea and Cloud Cover together. You know I am a blue girlie, so this makes my heart happy. Since I did not have the blends yet, I needed to find an alternate for Cloud Cover and Secret Sea I decided that Misty Moonlight and Balmy Blue paired really nicely and brought all the colors together.

I am super exciting to dive into the Wildflower Birthday Scrapbooking Kit. I am teaming up with my dear friends Patty Bennett and Jennie Fetz yet again to create scrapbooking pages using the Wildflower Scrapbooking Kit. Below are my 2-page layouts from Layout #2. We are sharing SPECIAL BIRTHDAY’S this week and I am sharing my 9th Birthday. Why my 9th Birthday? Well, for some reason that was the scrapbook my mom did that I found. These photos are actually the original photos she developed back in 1981. I think they held up nicely.

This Super Simple Sketch Challenge was this week’s project on Teach it Tuesday with Tammy and Jennie. This super simple sketch challenge is sketch #11 that can be found on page 22 in the 2024-2025 Annual Catalog.

Thanks to fellow demonstrator Frenchie Martin, she figured out the sizes of the sketch layout to make things a lot easier for all of us. The only difference is for the sentiment strip I did not use the 1/2″ x 1 1/2″. I used the upcoming More Messages Bundle that will be available to purchase on May 6th. This bundle is the perfect bundle to stamp a bunch of sentiments and add to your Card Candy Bowl.
