This week on Teach it Tuesday with Tammy and Jennie, we are bringing it back to basics with Stamps, Ink, and Paper.  In this tutorial, I’ll be creating 3 simple SIP cards (Stamps, Ink, and Paper) using the Coneflower Celebration Stamp Set from Stampin’ Up!. We’ll add a touch of fun with ink blending and basic stamping techniques that you can recreate in minutes.
