Ice Cream Bundle – Ice Cream Corner

Today’s Project is the 3rd and final project in this Ice Cream Bundle Series. I love the simplicity of this popsicle card but also the fact that it is not your standard card when you look at it.

I absolutely love the versatility of this Bundle.  In my first project, I showed that the scoop made a fun Mickey and Minnie Project.  I also saw that this would be the perfect head for a Bear so I wanted to show you how fun and adorable this is.

To Create this cute bear head…….
  • Punched out a scoop image using Cinnamon Cider Cardstock
  • Using any 3/4″ circle punch or die will do to create a 2 – tone face.  But you can certainly draw his face directly as well.
  • Using this fun Ice Cream Corner DSP I punched out the cone from the Ice Cream Builder Punch and then used a 1/2″ Circle punch for the top of his party hat.

To learn how I created this project, please be sure to click on the video below.  This will take you through the step-by-step instruction.  I would love to have you subscribe to my channel and be sure to click that notification bell so you can be notified when a new video is posted.

Ice Cream Bundle Slimline Gift Card Holder

Today’s Project is Project 2 out my Ice Cream Bundle Series. I absolutely love a slimline card.  What I love about a slimline card is that you can make a wonderful scenery as well as build up on your project

This Suite absolutely makes me smile.  I mean how could ice cream not bring a smile to your face. From The adorable Ice Cream Corner Designer Paper to the gorgeous Blackberry Bliss Ribbon.  I decided to turn this fun slimline card into a gift cardholder.  With the weather starting to get a little nicer and heading into spring, adding a yummy gift card to this card is the perfect touch. Now I know this is or Starbucks, but I did not have a Baskin Robbins or Cold Stone card available.  But how cute would that be to give someone?

Ice Cream Bundle – Mickey and Minnie Style

Today’s project features one of my favorite bundles out of the 2021 January – June Mini Catalog. The Ice Cream Bundle is so fun to play with.

Being from California,  I am really missing one of my Happy Places, so I wanted to create a yummy treat.

I loved this card so much, I thought it would be fun to feature in my very first YouTube video. I would love for you to stop by my new YouTube Channel and leave me a comment on what you thought of my first video.  If you were inspired by what you saw, I would love for you to subscribe, and be sure you click on that notification bell so you can be notified when I post a project.

To create this project, I used the Ice Cream Builder Punch, the Dog Builder Punch (for the Minnie Bow), and the largest and second-largest circles from Stitched Shapes. I also really love how the 2020-2022 In-Color Designer Series Paper Coordinates well with the theme of this project.  It really ties together just the look I am going for.  The font on the Happy Birthday Sentiment with this set also goes well with the theme.  Using some of the leftover Designer paper is a perfect way to finish the inside of your card.  I don’t know about you, but I have to either stamp the inside of the card or put coordinating paper to finish it off.

Project Measurements:
  • Basic Black card base – 4 1/4″ x 11″ scored and folded at 5 1/2″
  • Bumble Bee Designer Paper – 4″ x 5 1/4″
  • Real Red Strip Piece – 3/4″ x 4″
  • Basic Black Strip Piece – 1/2″ x 4″
  • Inside Panel Piece Basic White – 4″ x 5 1/4″
  • Inside Bumble Bee Strip –  3/4″ x 4″

Thank you so much for stopping by.  All supplies to make this project are listed below.

Strong and Beautiful – February 2021 Luv 2 Stamp Blog Hop

Welcome to the Luv 2 Stamp Group’s 2021 Blog Hop! We are excited to share projects with you this year, we hope to inspire you to create beautiful new projects. Each month we will have a different theme based on the next month’s celebrations using Stampin’ Up! products.

The Theme this month is Celebrating Women.  I decided I wanted to combine two of my favorite Stamp Sets.  Art Gallery because I love the floral images, and Strong and Beautiful because it has the most amazing sentiments. Paired with the Fine Art Designer Paper just makes this such a super simple but yet elegant card.

                      Project Measurements:
  • Pretty Peacock Base 4 1/4″ x 11″ scored and folded in half at 5 1/2″
  • Fine Art Designer Paper cut at 4″ x 5 1/4″
  • Pretty Peacock Layer 1 3/4″ x 4″
  • Basic White Layer for sentiment 1 1/2″ x 4″

Of course, I could not stop there.  I could not choose what color I liked the best. I absolutely love our In-Colors.   Sadly, Rococo Rose and Pretty Peacock will be retiring May 3, 2021.  Please leave me a comment on what is your favorite.  I am absolutely obsessed with this paper.  It makes the perfect simple card.  No Frills, but still really pretty.  I would love to know which one you like the best.

The shopping link is listed below to purchase all of the supplies used to create today’s project.  If you have any questions leave a comment HERE and I will be more than happy to help you out.

Thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope you’ll hop along to the next stop on the blog hop,  There’s lots of inspiration to be found in this group – and you don’t want to miss it!

In the meantime,  Happy Stamping!!!!
