Halloween Sampler

I had so much fun creating my Halloween Sampler yesterday on my YouTube Live. I love a good sampler, so I created a DIY Halloween Sampler using the Spooky Sweet Suite Collection and the Fright Night Dies, both from the Stampin’ Up! Online Exclusives.  It had been a couple of years since I created my last one and I thought it was time for a new one since we our Halloween Suite was so adorable this season, I could not resist

Project Dimensions:
  • Thick Basic White Base 7″ x 8″ scored at 3 1/2″
  • Front Panel in Balmy Blue 3 1/4″ x 7 5/8″
  • Crumb Cake Panel for Stamping Tree 3 1/4″ x 7 5/8″
  • Old Olive for Top of Tree 2 1/4″ x 3 1/4″
  • Early Espresso Panel for die cutting Tree Hollows and Branches

STEP 1: Stamp Tree Trunk in Pecan Pie on Crumb Cake Panel

Stamp Tree Trunk Extension  in Pecan Pie on Crumb Cake Panel 3x

Die Cut with Tree Trunk and Hollow Die, then fussy Cut tree out

Die Cut 2nd Tree Stump, 2 Branches, and 2 more Hollows in Early Espresso.  The reason for this is that the extra Hollow Die does not match the bottom Hollow in the tree trunk.

Glue Branches under trunk and glue Hollo pieces into holes.  NOTE: I DID REMOVE THE RIGHT SIDE BRANCH BECAUSE I DID NOT LIKE IT.

Be sure to check out the video on how I did the top part of the tree.  I apologize I did not get a picture of that.

If you missed our lives yesterday, you can catch both of our replays below.  Be sure you are following both of our pages, so you don’t miss out on the fun.
